Why Train?

I often get asked by clients, "What are you training for?"

My answer is always the same. LIFE. Why? Because when your goal is training for the life you want to live and the adventures you want to experience, it's hard to lose motivation. I train to keep my body healthy and strong so that I can do all the activities I love outside of the gym. For me this means running, hiking, paddle boarding, and exploring all the beauty Colorado has to offer! What are YOU training for?​
